Why Am I So Fat? Documentary Will Release In 2013

For those who do not know, Why Am I So Fat is a weight loss documentary set to be released in 2013. The documentaries reason and concept as Gabe Evans described on this website website said quote on quote:

"Ask anyone how to lose weight and they will likely tell you: eat healthy, exercise more; but the answers, and results, stop there. We’re providing the science behind the answers to truly inform the public and empower them to take control of their health, their weight and their lives. Documentaries like Super Size Me, King Corn, Fast Food Nation and Forks Over Knives all touch on the subject of our diet and where food is coming from, but none of them delve into the science behind how that food truly affects our bodies. This is bigger than the food pyramid we learned in elementary school."

I think it will be very interesting and inspirational, just on the trailer alone. I think everybody involved with this documentary are very talented, smart and I am sure once this documentary comes out, it will receive positive feedback.

A Personal Trainer Making Himself Fat On Purpose (Informative Recap & Update)

For those who have not read my previous blog on this manner, I will repeat some things. Drew Manning was a personal trainer who was making himself fat on purpose. The reason for this health risking journey was so he would not only get a slight feel on how is it like for his overweight clients? But Drew also wanted to motivate people to lead a healthy lifestyle. I still think till this day this should have been a documentary T.V. series but anyways, Drew thought to make this journey more interesting why not put a little Man V. Food influence to get people interested. Drew did food challenges with massive portions and tries to finish them in a specific amount of time. I do not remember completely but I pretty sure he only did these challenges two times a week and then ate junk food regularly. Mr. Manning would continue doing this in till 6 months hit and of course he was monitored by doctors. After that things change Drew Manning now goes back on the path to lose the 72.2 pounds he gained in that 6 month period. Now, instead of posting videos of food challenge that people voted on. He demonstrates quick healthy recipes, workouts, and weigh-ins. Drew Manning stopped posting videos and it was because he got an offer to do a special interview that will show what I’m guessing his whole entire journey from start to finish. This is during the 6 months, So for those who consistently been watching his YouTube videos will not know what he looks like in till we watch the show, the date and times are not in yet or official so I will keep you updated. In the meantime, Drew Manning did not let people down his hot wife will be doing the quick recipes, and workouts for those who were on the weight loss journey with him.
