The Best Protein Powder In The Market

In my opinion, I think the best protein powder in the market today, is Dymatize Elite Fusion 7. I have used this product it taste good and mixes well; it comes in two sizes 2.91 LB and 5.15 LB. Dymatize Elite Fusion 7 also comes in 7 different flavors Banana Smoothie, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookies & Cream, Creamy Vanilla Shake, Mochaccino Rush, Rich Chocolate Shake, and Strawberry Shake. The main reasons why Dymatize Elite Fusion 7 protein powder stood out to me was because it's not your typical protein power; nutritionally it contains a lot of vitamins, vitamin A, C, D, E, it contains calcium, some iron, folate, zinc, phosphorus, 5 grams of dietary fiber, 1 gram of sugar, 23 grams of protein and the list goes on. Dymatize Elite Fusion 7 can be used "As a convenient meal replacement, protein-enhanced snack between meals, or an after workout shake to help aid in recovery". If you want to try this protein powder especially at cheaper prizes check out my favorite website to purchase supplements.

Why Am I So Fat? Documentary Will Release In 2013

For those who do not know, Why Am I So Fat is a weight loss documentary set to be released in 2013. The documentaries reason and concept as Gabe Evans described on this website website said quote on quote:

"Ask anyone how to lose weight and they will likely tell you: eat healthy, exercise more; but the answers, and results, stop there. We’re providing the science behind the answers to truly inform the public and empower them to take control of their health, their weight and their lives. Documentaries like Super Size Me, King Corn, Fast Food Nation and Forks Over Knives all touch on the subject of our diet and where food is coming from, but none of them delve into the science behind how that food truly affects our bodies. This is bigger than the food pyramid we learned in elementary school."

I think it will be very interesting and inspirational, just on the trailer alone. I think everybody involved with this documentary are very talented, smart and I am sure once this documentary comes out, it will receive positive feedback.

A Personal Trainer Making Himself Fat On Purpose (Informative Recap & Update)

For those who have not read my previous blog on this manner, I will repeat some things. Drew Manning was a personal trainer who was making himself fat on purpose. The reason for this health risking journey was so he would not only get a slight feel on how is it like for his overweight clients? But Drew also wanted to motivate people to lead a healthy lifestyle. I still think till this day this should have been a documentary T.V. series but anyways, Drew thought to make this journey more interesting why not put a little Man V. Food influence to get people interested. Drew did food challenges with massive portions and tries to finish them in a specific amount of time. I do not remember completely but I pretty sure he only did these challenges two times a week and then ate junk food regularly. Mr. Manning would continue doing this in till 6 months hit and of course he was monitored by doctors. After that things change Drew Manning now goes back on the path to lose the 72.2 pounds he gained in that 6 month period. Now, instead of posting videos of food challenge that people voted on. He demonstrates quick healthy recipes, workouts, and weigh-ins. Drew Manning stopped posting videos and it was because he got an offer to do a special interview that will show what I’m guessing his whole entire journey from start to finish. This is during the 6 months, So for those who consistently been watching his YouTube videos will not know what he looks like in till we watch the show, the date and times are not in yet or official so I will keep you updated. In the meantime, Drew Manning did not let people down his hot wife will be doing the quick recipes, and workouts for those who were on the weight loss journey with him.

Is Water Fasting Really Dangerous?

Is water fasting dangerous? Well, my guess is that maybe it is just something to say to scare people into not doing it. If people could fast for weight loss it could potentially destroy companies; companies that work hard to convince people to use their weight loss program, weight loss pills etc. My take on this is that it probably would not destroy companies because saying that you are going to do a water fast is different from actually doing it. As far as the constant argument that water fasting is dangerous, I feel that it is only dangerous for people who do not have excess body fat. I am not a doctor so I do not know for sure but it makes sense if you have excess fat, when you fast your body tries to find another source of energy. So, since fat is unused energy that you pack on your body while you eat extra calories. Your body is going to use that excess body weight for energy and convert it to glucose, and then your body will use the fat storages for energy. That is the main goal of weight loss right. To use your exercising and diet program to use fat for energy. Therefore, I feel this is just a faster way to get results. I also feel like it makes sense for water fasting, to become dangerous if you are a person who doesn’t have much weight to lose, or fat to lose because then the body will use up your fat fast then get to your muscle, organs, brain cells etc. For that energy, your body so desperately needs, so you can perform your daily activities.

Personal Trainer Puts Himself In A Fat Persons Shoes Literary

A personal trainer named Drew Manning decides to walk in the shoes of an overweight person, LITERARY, meaning he creates a journey where he will gained about 60 or more pounds, by doing this he will then lose the weight based on his own diet and fitness plan and share it with every one for "FREE". So not only will he experience what the average overweight person goes through? I am assuming he will prove that his diet and fitness plan works. I post this video with him explaining his journey in details and be sure to follow his journey from FIT2FAT2FIT.
