Where Do We Get Our Eating Habits From?



A good way to describe our eating habits, Is saying It's like we get It genetically, even though It's not. Obviously when where young and get older we eat the foods are parents eat or just eat what we want. Their was studies that said kids are most likely to get their eating habits from their mom than than dad but to me I think It's more who you hang out with the most. So their are possibilities that If your parents are eating bad foods, chances are you will. Then that's when genetics really come to play. If your parent has diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and etc, you already know that your at risk of having that even If you do eat healthy. So I'm saying that's why It's real important to eat healthy and exercise so you don't even get close to having that and parents that have younger kids, should encourage the healthy food and exercise. I know I'm not the only one that sees that little girl and or boy that are probably like 5, 6 , 7 years old and look HUGE and you could tell that they are probably, well not even know for sure they'll be overweight when their older unless they change their lifestyle, because that's not a good look so parents need a get on their game. I do know when people workout It's kinda boring or you don't like It, then do a sport cause when you do a sport you don't think about It as exercise, just something fun to do.
